It struggles with single target a little but but you can use inner sight for infinite energy to have 100% uptime on flurry which is pretty insane single target damage, but then you sacrifice survivability because you can only proc vulnerability when low on energy or the explosion from shadow infusion. The survivability is pretty good because you get the life steal from flurry on vulnerable targets and it has 2 ways to proc it.
